The developments of the new theories of financial intermediation emphasize the rational existence of intermediaries. The latter contribute notably to resolve some asymmetric information ex ante and ex post which is involved in financements. After the financial innovation of 80's, the deregulation and the globalisation, the theory of intermediation has been made to fit the new contexts. This evolution which is subsequent to a given change in economic and financial environments and the difficulties encountered by the theory to integrate the change incite to deepen the study of intermediation in an evolutionary perspective. The evolution of intermediation, as a focal point, leads, primarily to focus on the financial innovation in intermediation and explain their emergence. Then this study tries to take advantage of two exemples of dynamic intermediation in France and Tunisia. Finally, it attempts to construct a dynamic theory of intermediation in which the evolution of the phenomenan of intervention between the agents displaying capacity and those displaying need of financement, is integrated and explained. Thus, the idea whereby the theory of financial intermediation can remove the challange of the evolution seems to be confirmed.
