Une première partie dégage un point de vue épistémologique à travers l'étude des Instructions et programmes parus entre 1981 et 2000. Elle met en évidence la juxtaposition de conceptions différentes à travers la matrice disciplinaire. Une seconde partie s'appuie sur la sociologie du curriculum pour clarifier les univers de pensée qui traversent les programmes. L'instabilité théorique trouve son origine dans les enjeux de pouvoir de groupes organisés. L'anthropologie des sciences consiste à pister les acteurs à travers les différentes institutions et à déceler leurs stratégies, mettant en lumière des filiations et des alliances constituant des réseaux socio-techniques. Ce fonctionnement agit au plan national pour peser sur les programmes et au plan local pour diriger les différentes formations.; To encircle the conditions of emergence of the school discipline consists, from the programs, in questioning the process to understand choices made by the official speech. A first part kicks away an epistemological point of view through the study of the Instructions and the programs appeared between 1981 and 2000. It puts in evidence the juxtaposition of different conceptions through the discipinary matrix. A second part leans on the sociology of the curriculum to clarify the universes of thought which cross the programs. The theoretical instability finds its origin in the stakes in power of organized groups. The anthropology of the sciences consists in tracking the actors through the various institutions and in finding their stategies, putting in light of the filiations and the alliances constituting socio-technical networks.
